Matrimonial and family
It goes without saying that cohabitation or marriage is a serious commitment and if it all goes wrong the consequences for the family can be destructive. We look upon the whole process as an opportunity for positive reconstruction.
We see our role as one of trying to avoid conflict whenever possible so that early solutions can be found. In particular we advise that legal solutions such as Cohabitation Agreements or Pre-nuptial Agreements (the latter of which we believe will soon be accepted by UK courts) be used to avoid the expense and heartache of an arrangement that has gone wrong.
We can assist you with the following:
- Financial disputes and settlements
- Cohabitation agreements and disputes
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Children's cases
We work closely with the Principal's son Alex Hodge who is a barrister with Three Paper Buildings (3pb).
