In most cases we will give an interview to establish issues and advise.
- For advice (verbal only) - £75 plus vat
- For advice (confirmation in writing) - £150 plus vat

COMPROMISE or SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS
Generally if we are acting for employer refer to our Terms and conditions
If we are acting for employee presented with Compromise or Settlement Agreement, the employer will offer to pay. It is rare that we exceed the employer’s costs offer if terms are agreed but if the employer does not offer to pay the costs for any reason we cannot recall seeking a contribution from employee of over £500.
